I hope you all realize and know you are beautiful, and life is beautiful and if you ever need help with anything, please come to me. Stay well my children, my sisters, my brothers.

What if we were all just one giant, collective soul meshed up into billions of people like the stars in the universe?
Oh wait.
Almost 2 wondrous years in clock time darling! <3
Just Knowing! Senses, meditating, dreams, and connections with the animal. Are you looking to discover yours?
nirvikalpa replied to your post: Hello dear, might you have a remedy for migraines?
cold showers! and also try juice or water fasting!
I rarely get migraines but when I do they are absolutely terrible! Since I’m not a pill-taker, I normally just pull through it. Get some essential oils - lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary or peppermint work wonders and rub them on your chest in small quantity. My sister got a ton of them and did something with Cayenne pepper but I’m not exactly sure what! I know she changed her diet, which caused less migraines. Take a bathe, close your eyes, and make yourself some tea (with honey if you’d like)! Also, try some cool water on your forehead and make sure it’s nothing serious from the doctor! You could also try a lapis lazuli stone, if you have one around because they work well with head aches. Meditating and yoga may lead to less migraines too!
Do not wait for something extraordinary, be that something extraordinary.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Requiem d-moll Kv. 626 - Dies Irae
I find this real lovely for the Halloween spirit.
